I finished The Daevabad Trilogy!!! In one month I read nearly 2000 pages, and that’s not including the whole three other books. I was very determined to finish the trilogy before the new year, and I did it!!! It…destroyed me emotionally and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna be in a book hangover for a good long while, but I did it!!!
I had a very good reading month! Enjoyed nearly everything I read and had some standouts that might even become favorites of the year. I also read a lot of books I have been meaning to get to for months, so I felt very productive.

MONTHLY TOTAL: 14 YEARLY SO FAR: 94
September was a very uneven reading month. I didn’t read as much as I expected to, and nothing that I read particularly wowed me. Even the books I enjoyed I didn’t grow particularly attached to in any way, so I felt kind of apathetic, and that led to me being kind of apathetic about reading in general. Alas.
So! This was an unusual reading month. I read fewer books, but they were all gigantic fantasy tomes, so in terms of number of pages, I probably read way more than I usually do. I had committed this month to finishing three fantasy series, but I only managed two – the Daevabad series will have to wait!
